Next is by far the worst retail store in the UK, I found shopping with them frustrating, consistently POOR customer service and to get your refund back after returning an order was like pulling teeth!
I don’t recommend buying from them, it’s simply not worth it.
I’ve also reported Next to the retail Ombudsman as they should not be allowed to repeatedly treat customers poorly.
