I had a special event to go to in Cardiff
The waistcoat I ordered was too small so I ordered a larger size
I was at work when it came but my husband stayed home
When I got home the ‘black waistcoat’ was in fact a red dress 😡 it was too late to order it again and the item was no longer in stock ( it was when I ordered it) I rang to complain on Saturday and I’ve still not had a response from Next. I’m so angry and disappointed with Next. Also I could not wear the outfit I’d planned without the waistcoat
