I visited Next at Cheltenham Gallagher REtail Park on a busy Saturday morning (16th May 2021). The staff were very busy dealing with customer collections but Victoria spent some considerable time tracking down a duvet for me - in display in store, but not on shelves nor in catalogue. She found it and asked a nearby store to put it aside for me to collect later.
She really went the extra mile.
