Ordered some items online and realized that I used a wrong address. Contacted next within 10 minutes asking to cancel the order. Was assured that the order was cancelled. In 3 days they delivered the good to a wrong address and charged me. Has been two weeks, still cannot get the money back from them. Customer services are useless. Chat always disconnects, when customer services promise something to you they do not actually do it.
