On Next website it says:
If you wish to return your parcel by post, please call 0333 777 4574 and have your Selfserve number ready. We will send you a pre-paid returns label.
Be CAREFULL the returns are NOT FREE, the will deduct £2 from your refund!!!
They are MISLEADING customers!!!
