Ordered a day bed item item 115-560, paid extra £30 for assembly. Waited 6 weeks for delivery to find the assembly was not included. No refund or any information was sent. If I had known I would not have ordered. Refused receipt of “box of bits” and sent them
away with it.
Nice delivery guy, useless organising/customer service.
