I went shopping last week at Next Holmbush, Shoreham the service I received was exceptional and made my experience very pleasurable . Firstly in the children's department Paula proactively approached me and offered to look after my purchases while I continued my shopping, then Jon Luc in the shoe department offered his assistance and advice helping to make the right choices.
I was so impressed by the level of service and customer engagement , it really does make a difference.
