I have been a account holder for many years. Spent 1000s of pounds. Reason for this is mainly because the next day deliver... latey I am being drawn to shop at other outlets. NEXT I'm sorry to say, the reason I use next is for the next day delivery, I recently ordered 7 jackets, 5 of which were 3 weeks delivery.i cancelled the whole order and shopped else where. This is happening everytime I order latey.
Never had a problem with customer service, store assistance are very helpful too but you should not offer a service that you cannot give....
