Firstly, the search feature seems incapable of picking-up on keywords. I saw this item in store, but the packaging was damaged, so I decided I'd order it online. In store, the item was labelled 'Clare Cat Bed Socks'. This did not come up in the search at all. I had a look through socks on the women's department, and could not see these socks anywhere, but could see 'Fox/Penguin/Oatmeal Sock In A Box' so thought maybe searching for 'Cat Sock In A Box' would work. Nope. Apparently, this item would only appear if one searched for BLACK sock in a box. I'm not even going to get into the fact that whilst scrolling through the women's" sock page I was presented with men's socks!? Secondly, once item was added to basket, the basket/checkout link at the top of the screen disappeared entirely. Refreshing the page made no difference. I had to re-add the item so that the little dialog box would appear again, in order to get to the checkout. Finally, once completing 'stage 5' of the ordering process - entering my payment details - there was no link to press in order to submit payment! I was stuck on stage 5. Couldn't go anywhere. Checked, checked, and checked again and everything I had inputted was correct, green ticks next to every box, but no 'submit' or 'continue' button. Couldn't paid if I tried. Incredibly irritating. Decided to use Internet Explorer instead, worked fine, must be a problem with the website's compatibility with Google Chrome. Will not be ordering online again.
