Ordering online was a nightmare as the website wouldn't accept my gift cards. Then my parcel was lost and the items I ordered had home out of stock. Reordering different items was a nightmare as had to pay again even though my refund hadnt reached me yet. The only saving grace was the customer services agents who tried thier best to rectify the issue, unsuccessfully, but they did all they could.
