Bought suit online for my son after trying on various suits in the shop - staff in shop very helpful and online purchase no problem. In fact returned internet ordered item to store and purchased another suit in the shop. Refund to my credit card was very quick. (Did not want to end up with two suits on my card!) Having flexibility of online order and the actual shop where we could try on and return if necessary made this whole process easier with an expensive item that we wanted to be absolutely right.
