I had bought a pair of shoes and the sole had started to come away. Whilst in the store I just spoke to an assistant who got theManager who asked me what size the shoes were. He went away and came back with a replacement pair! I had not expected this as I was not making a complaint just merely pointing out so they could be aware. I did not have a receipt! I was even wearing the shoes! Customer care brilliant and thats why we always shop at Next.
