I shop regularly at NEXT, and it is their customer service in particular that makes me happy to continue doing so. I've had to return items bought for me that weren't quite my style, and they are always happy to exchange - even when it's been some time since purchase. They also cater for a wide range of sizes, including mine, which can make clothes shopping difficult sometimes. Great range and well-price too.
