Ordered goods online, arrived in store for collection the next day. Received email to let me know they were in store. Unfortunately goods did not fit. Took back to store, very easy returns process, staff always polite and helpful. Email received acknowledging return of goods the same day. Next day advised of refund and into the bank the same day of next day. Couldn't ask for a better or more fluid service.
