Hi guys, I have experienced the worst customer service in the UK in NEXT Bluwater branch.
I went to collect my parcels after receiving all confirmations via email holding all requested papers in my hands ( passport, debit card, my billing address, my reference numbers..).
Next Sales Consultant selectively pull me out of a line to tell me I can not have my parcel because one of them not under my name and the second does not exist.
I recommend buying nothing from NEXT.
