I was debited for the new directory in December as as yet I have not received . I have spoken to staff online and on the telephone . I was promised a refund for the inconvenience plus a directory in 10 days time (twice). They also promised they would get back to me about any courier problem in my area . I am now considering closing my account which is a shame as I have been ordering for many years .
Empty promises from unprofessional customer service staff .
