Bought a jacket (Lipsy London) via Next.
The size 12 I bought wasn't even a 10 - more like an 8. And the sleeves must have been designed for a gorilla, being at least 4" too long. The lining wasn't properly displayed on Next's site, and is so ugly I would never wear the jacket unbuttoned.
Was going to leave just 1 star, but Next customer service were very good about the return, so they get a star for making the return easy.
