They are very slow with returns, probably because so many items are returned. Many clothes on sale are a exceptionally bad fit even new items are not as good as they use to be I do not purchase as many clothes from them because the fit keeps changing, especially trousers.
Courier is always late or does not show up at all even though I paid for unlimited delivery will not be paying for next year.
