They dont even deserve 1 star
was verbally abused by member of staff and due to the fact that Next complaints did not see fit to answer my emails. I also now refuse to telephone India to speak to someone again because thats where all their phone calls are directed to. It is a company in a mess and I and my family wont use them again.
