The other day i went to your shop to oder a nice refreshing beverage but the level of disrespect coming from person serving me was astronomical. After a long 15 minutes, with my children suffocating in the scorching car, I finally received the smoothie. To my shock, i found a HAIR in my beverage. This ruined my day so i demanded a refund. They refused! I then asked to see the manager but they said he was sick today because of covid! This is not ok as there should always be a manager.
