This company has gone downhill. My family have been with them for years and have paid a fortune innoremiums over the years, believing it to be a "premium" product. However, a recent substantial claim, which NFU have admitted liability for remains unpaid after five months. They are trying to do all they can to obviscate payment. Gone are the days when this company offered a premium service - we will be moving to another insurer.
