2 years ago when I was statonary at a level crossing I was shunted from behind by a driver who said he hit the accelarater instead of the break. He then later denided it. I had neck problems from that. The NFU are saying I am commiting fraud by putting in a claim - as there was a lot of things I couldn't do because of it and had to pay other people to do the garden and walk the dog which I put a claim in for. I am a 75 year old pensioner. After 2 years nothing has been done about it. Don't insure your car with this comany, they won't pay out if it isn't your fault, and you are injured.
