NFU refuses to pay out for my beloved horse who had to be euthanased due to terminal illness and suffering. They will cite any excuse not to pay out, even though I have paid my insurance with them for 12 years. I presume they need to keep their millions in profit by stealing from the little people. Very cruel and insensitive 😢
