I had a bad experience with a purchase on the website, when taking this to the website chat, the attendant Elnora simply left the conversation. Train your attendants and delivery logistics better, because I waited 9 days for delivery and when asking for clarification I just received an email that my order was canceled due to lack of product, after 9 days. Absurd
