Never will I ever spend another dime at No Bull. When a customer makes a purchase and the company lowers the price of the product before it even ships (within 2 days) but refuses to honor the lower price for the customer... that's a major customer respect fail. Then argue with the customer for 2 days through the chat customer service tool? Ultimately wasting the customer's time with pointless excuses about how their policy is not to match their own price or make good on their PUBLISHED promotions? Bottomline, you stiff them out of $100? Insulting. Keep the shoes. I want my full refund back. Nike recently made an innocent mistake, and I merely CALLED to ask for help in getting what I ordered shipped out in time for a special event. Not only did the Nike rep OFFER to ship the fastest method at no cost to me, Nike AUTOMATICALLY made the adjustment to the lower price the shoes had gone down to. I did not even know they went down in price. I didn't even have to ask. What a contrast in experiences. I'll be using my No Bull refund at Nike.com.
