The shoes look great. But when I ordered them, their size 12 seems smaller than other manufacturers. When I went to return them, as per their advertised “free returns” policy, they told me this is only for US customers, despite the fact that they were advertising in Australia.
This company blatantly lied, and they should not be trusted.
