I need to exchange for a different size. They resent out my same sized. No phone number to call. All via chat, and the chat robot is not very helpful, and thus I received the same size shoes and no refund. The chat robot actually told me I would have to communicate more respectful or they would end the chat. I've spent 30 minutes my last 3 mornings dealing with this. There absolutely is no phone number to call to speak to a live person about the matter.
