CAN'T exchange/ Refund, even it says Free Exchange Before you read my story, I just want to let you know that their Free exchange/ refund is a Trap. I ordered a pink Men's Turf Trainer. My shoe size is 9 with all other brands. So I order a size 9. However, when I tried it on, it is tight. So I tried to exchange it online. They decline my request because they said I bought the shoes during their promotion. As you can see under every item in their online store, under "Shipping & Returns" it clearly says as long as you purchased on their website and delivered within the US, they offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days. Even you click into that extension link "Returns & Exchange Policy", No where said you can't exchange or return if you purchase during a promotion period. During my conversation with them, they sent me a link to a page that said they DON'T Refund and Exchange any discounted item. But the MOST Frustrating thing is after I read that page that they sent me, I LOOKED THROUGH pages after pages on their own website, there is no way that you can get to that same page which mentions that there is NO refund or exchange that they sent me. I digged in deeper, I checked every sigle email that they sent me related to this order. The first email, which is a confirmation of your order with your order number and receipt, did NOT mention anything about no refund or exchange on discounted items. But in the very bottom of the 2nd email, which they tell you that your order is shipped, is the first time they mention about "Reminder: Any item(s) discounted ... are not eligible for return or exchange." They tell you for the first time about this after they shipped your item which you would not able to do anything at that point anyway because your item is shipped you can't cancel it. If you asked me what to feel about this? This is a TRAP, and I WILL NEVER shop here again.
