Attention everyone, I need to share my terrible experience with Nobull 😠On 10/22, I ordered shoes as a birthday gift, paying extra for expedited shipping (2-4 days). Shockingly, they arrived on 11/2, way beyond the promised window.
As if that wasn’t enough, the shoes didn’t fit. I urgently reordered a size down on 11/2, opting for expedited shipping again. It’s been nearly a month, and no updates or second pair of shoes. 😤
I formally expressed my concerns to them on 11/25, demanding a full refund for both orders and canceling the pending one. This ordeal is not only inconvenient but disrespectful to paying customers expecting reliable service. 🚫
