When I attempted to initiate an exchange with Nobull, I was informed that they were ineligible for return or exchange because they were marked as on sale. I don't recall seeing this information during the checkout process, and I find it quite perplexing, especially considering that Nobull operates as an online shoe company. It's unreasonable to expect that everyone will be able to order the exact appropriate size right away.
