I used to love Nobull. They made the best lifting shoes I ever had. I tried to buy a new pair of lifting shoes recently and after a month of waiting I reached out and found out that the shoes I ordered weren’t in stock. I was refunded and given some credit to buy new shoes. I was also told that sometimes the inventory is not correctly reflected on the website. I understand mistakes happen but felt annoyed that if I hadn’t reached out, would they have ever let me know that my shoes weren’t showing up?
Anyway, with the credit they gave me I found another amazing pair I liked. Three weeks later I hadn’t received my shoes so again I reached out. Same problem. I was told by customer service I should ask in advance whether shoes are in stock before I buy them. That was crazy to hear, that is not my job as the customer, their website should just be accurate. Simple as that. But I was willing to give them another chance. I ordered a third pair, and two weeks later I was sent a message from them saying the shoes weren’t in stock. I was offered credit again but that was the final straw. I don’t know what the problem is but I gave the company three chances to send me a pair of shoes I ordered. I’m done with them. I ordered Nike Metcons this week and they arrived in a few days.
