It's my first time ordering something online and it didn't go well with Noon. I ordered an iPhone 7, all seems good and its says in the ad that the phone is brand new only to find out that its a "replaced" phone and the resolution is quite dark than the usual iPhone 7 as I compared to my friend's similar phone. The worst part is the camera which is even darker both the rear & front and doesn't look normal at all which is obvious that the phone is not in good condition.
I initiated a return request and the item was collected the next day and when I called Noon about my refund since I paid via credit card, they told me that I should get my money back within 7-14 working days which is a long time, inconvenient and frustrating as I need to purchase again a new phone but I couldn't since I need to wait another 7-14 days!
I am aware that the phone are from third party sellers, but I am wondering why Noon is not double checking all their sellers to make sure that the products sold are authentic and in good condition.
