Bought an Apple iPhone 7 for my daughter. After 3 weeks the battery started to die and it wasn’t operating correctly. I took it to the Apple store and they confirmed by the serial number that the phone was registered over 3 years ago!! They refused to change the battery as it was 2 years out of warranty. Basically an old reconditioned phone with dead battery. Noon said I have to send it back to them and it can take 21 working days!!! Never again will I touch noon, the response from customer service was the usual pre-scripted reply. How can anybody seriously expect to wait over one month for a battery change when the Apple store would change it within an hour had the phone been new as stated. Noon is ok for basic stuff but never touch anything electrical!!
