My order number : NAECB0048416657-S1
I raised a complaint with the call center, and have got no reply since then. Its been over 2 weeks that this item is still showing in the logistics warehouse ready to deliver.
This is a very bad service and not responding makes it even more painful. Would think twice before shopping on Noon next time.
