I have never had the problems I am with Noon ever before. I have been an Amazon customer for many years and thought I’d give Noon a chance.
Their customer service is awful and everytime I have ordered an item they are quick to raise a customer complaint and some untrained person calls you ‘back within 48 hrs ‘ - and makes the matters even worse.
I am never going to use Noon.com ever again.
