I was hoping I would be the exception to all the bad reviews. Unfortunately, my review is no better or worse than the rest. I was promised a refund because the product was out of stock. They contacted me via email to let me know that a refund was processed and to allow 7 to 10 business days. It’s been 10 days and still no refund. Ugh!!! I hate fighting with a company to get what’s rightfully mine. Its so frustrating and the experience only leaves me feeling vulnerable as if I can’t trust online businesses, I resent that. I would’ve provided an image of the email however, there’s no place to upload it. Let the shenanigans begin.
