Has been my worst experience ever . I purchased a Homes r Us sofa from Noon and realised that they were charging me a three seater price for a two seater . When I got it to their notice I never received a proper answer . Now getting my money back has been a harrowing experience . After several calls and emails I was able to process my refund . Now it’s been a month and when I contacted them it seems all those discussions we had were futile . I have to restart the whole process of emails and calls . Have no clue when my money will be refunded .
I shop online a lot and without any doubt Noon is the most unprofessional online platform and customer service is just lip service . Action is zero .
