We ordered 4L dettol, delivered to us was 1L. So obviously we returned it and ordered another 4L Dettol, this time it was delivered correctly but the previous delivery charges were not refunded to us.
It's not our mistake that the item got delivered wrongly but then we had to bear the cost.
This is not done.
