This was my second time where noon let me down with wrong products..first was a watch strap,then the very next day i ordered water 1.5 (12 bott) they sent small bottles (24bottl) i wanted the water big bottles for a reason..noon is good at taking pictures of the product out side the door,i even received a picture of my shoe rack where the driver had rang the bell when its contactless delivery. but i guess the quality drops when you become a key player in the market..lastly your customer service team needs to be trained..espcecially the males..they do not apologise or talk emphathatically..i have to explain many times as they lack a bit listening skills.i purchsed noon VIP for a reason cz i really liked the service but its not the case now..any way NOON..Good afternoon please wake up
