These platform is a worst place, if me make a complaint or something you will get a hundreds of apologize only instead of results.. I have sent 5 emails and more than 10 times regarding my booking these guys are torture me like anything.. I placed an order on 2nd of October and I had paid 20 aed extra for same day delivery and the products all are in express delivery.. The funny thing that I have received the shipment after 6 days. 4 times I got a call for confirming my address.. Once I receive the products all of them are very cheap quality and blender from Black + decker is not even working..I have placed a return request again am keep getting for the same address confirmation..I was wondered when they are checking in the system my address is correct and they went somewhere else and I question them how u guys delivered the product if the address is still misproper. They don't have any answers on that . After 7 days they returned my item and my return request declined.. I spoke with the agent they said once u have received the product you have to place a return request again.. The pathetic thing is that till today means October 22nd , I didn't receive the material .. I have just one request to noon better than this you can go for some Robbery...More than 15 times I touch with the CM service department.. I writing this review to the other people Don't trust this application The amazone and carrefour are far better than this... these guys will loot your money and time ..
