I have attached a screenshot of PHONE CALLS I made today through your customer service hotline 800 38888.
I am not SATISFIED.
The first call was fine but I had to tell the Customer Service Representative that I will end the call because of some emergency here at the office.
I made the second call, and this Customer Service Representative was telling me that He cannot speak English, even He's talking to me in that language. I asked if He can transfer me to someone who knows how to speak English but ended my call instead.
I made the third call, and they just ended the call without giving me an answer to my question.
This is unacceptable. We have been a VIP LOYAL CLIENT of Noon, and for just an inquiry I was trying to ask, you cannot help. I am calling not because of COMPLAINT. But because I just want to ask regarding the REFURBISHED PRODUCTS.
