Very Bad experience with noon, with a non professional team, especially operation and complaint department .I ordered some items on 25 November 10:18 Pm, I received partially orders on 27 nov, and I got a call from a driver ( +971 XXXXX 7292), at 9 PM, he confirmed that he is on the way to my home. I waited him 1 hour, when I recalled him first he didn’t pick up, and hung up the phone, after a while he answer and said “ my duty finished !!”.. I called customer service at 10:43am on 28 November I made a complaint on that time about the delay and what service received from driver I didn’t get either my items nor a call back from them . Really very bad application always Amazon be the leader in ecommerce . Noon can’t even be in touch with drivers they can only submit a complaint that will never solved.
