The worst e-commerce ever. I made an order with 9 or 10 items which were supposed to be delivered on 30th Nov 2021. Even after 2 weeks it wasn’t delivered. When I called customer care, they admitted their fault and told it’ll be delivered within 24-48 hours. And later when I checked the app, I was stunned to see that they canceled my order. They didn’t even inform me. At least they should have sent a message.
What a pathetic service.
Never go with noon.
