NOON is pathetic when it comes to return of goods. I have a Return Request confirmation dated 01 Dec and today is the 22nd of Dec, yet the goods are not collected till date. Standard reply from NOON is that "As per the updates, we can see that our team has tried to pick up the item on ..................... However, the pickup attempt was failed as you were not reachable." There are no records of anyone calling or trying to contact and the goods remain uncollected.
