I ordered the 2 ton AC on 1 Mar 22 from noon online shop. which should be delivered at 5 March 2022. Still on processing state and not received any proper reply from them.
Also recently took the noon VIP membership. I have escalated this issue to priority customer service and no action was taken from their side .. Simply we needed to wait for 48 hrs if we raise any complaints.
Service is very rude and Pathetic service. !!! They do not care about their customers at all !!!
