Ordered an item and received message that driver tried to reach me even i didnt receive any call, and when i call the driver he switched off the phone ,when i called the customer service they said you can cancel your order if you didnt receive it .best customer service i ever had .
You should follow up with your crew and give them the right training on how to handle customer issues
