Never buying from Noon In the UAE again. They picked up an item we wanted to return which cost 200 AED and then could not locate the item for more than 2 months. I called them and emailed them numerous times and the responses were always vague. Today they eventually called me to say there is nothing they can do and they won't provide the refund as I don't have a receipt for the return! I told them the driver never gave me one so why is that my fault and they said there is nothing that can be done ! Terrible customer service! I'll speaking to a lawyer.
