Worst company to have ever existed . Noon uae is my biggest regret in life !!!!! No wonder why they have horrible reviews. , the worst EVER. Let's put aside the food that arrived melted and damaged and pet items broken (literally) ,they keep commenting back to customers to have them call back and so they can help them but this is a JOKE. Been weeks and i can't speak to a supervisor as my issue has NOT been resolved. I returned an order and their " quality check " department has a problem with counting returns really. They are saying we didn't return the entire order which we did ! And they took our money and didn't refund us for that reason !!!! It happened many many times ! Will never ever order again and will have my account shut and my family and all our friends cut ties with noon. Congratulations on Losing us as customers. Hope my money that you took and did not refund was worth it.
