I had a conversation over phone with one of noon support agents - called Aisha today morning - around 11:00 am.
I was extremely disappointed with the way she conducted the call:
1. She doesn’t speak English well - I was not able to understand her
2. when asked to transfer to another person who can assist me she rudely said - “Nobody can assist you”- REALLY, Noon?
3. Asked to speak to her supervisor - she refused
What kind of trainings do you provide for you team, if at all? I am not able to resolve the issue with my delayed order. In addition the Delivery Driver keeps on updating order status as not able to reach the client - when in reality he never even called me .
