I ordered an item from Noon. On the same day that I received it, I decided that I don’t want it because I decided to get a better item from the USA. So I requested a return. The package was not opened and I just put it back in their yellow envelope. The guy came after a day and picked up the item. After another day, I got an email saying that the return was rejected because I "must return the item in its original condition" and that they will send it back to me. I was surprised that I got this response. I know the item was never opened. I have been shopping online for over 10 years and I know how return works. So, I raised a complaint with their customer service (useless by the way) and then waited for the item to be returned to me so I can see exactly what they’re talking about. And I got it .. I was SHOCKED! Someone had ripped the package and removed the plastic seals in a way that made it look that I was trying to get it out myself. I was furious! I called the customer service again requesting to speak to a manager, but they told me they don’t have anyone around and asked me to wait for 2 days for someone to call me. I feel that I was robbed. I don’t care about the money, it wasn’t expensive anyway. But the idea that someone could do this from Noon team was disturbing. I am planning on cancelling my Noon account after I get the final resolution to my issue. My advise: DO NOT TRUST NOON! EVER! If you really need to buy from Noon and If you need to return an item .. TAKE A VIDEO of the guy who is picking up the item, make sure your video shows his face .. his ID, the item from ALL angles .. the serial number .. EVERYTHING! DO NOT TRUST NOON!!!
